10. YOUR RIGHTS
The Buyer has the right to access, correct, and delete Personal Data concerning him or her. The Buyer may exercise this right by sending an email (in any format) to the Seller at : info@grandluxsa.com
Upon modification or deletion of the Personal Data, the Seller agrees to notify the Buyer via email.
You can browse the Website without providing any Data. However, in that case, you will not be able to place an Order.
You have the right to have your data deleted (with the exception of accounting data, which we retain for 10 years).
You have the right to object to the processing of your Data on legitimate grounds in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR.
You have the right to withdraw your consent, even if it was previously requested from you. If your Data is processed based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
